A huge responsibility lies upon the shoulders of each worship leader around the globe , as the presence of God in a church meeting depends on it, and the fate of members of the church depend on it. If worship is conducted in a manner in which God does not show up and speak in a gathering that is in the midst of disaster or tragedy will leave church exactly the way they entered it and will miss the chance for them to receive from God. It is time for us to be serious about the fundamental element of the ministry in the home of the Lord.
